asalaamu aleikum,

my children and i are on the big island and are in great need of religious support.

i do read the Quran (english version). but, we do not pray regularly (i do not know how and i suspect the children's efforts are not accurate.)

i am not aware of any muslim community here. i dont know where to go for halaal food. i dont think there is a mosque on the big island. and i know about the islamic school only on o'ahu.

i have gone to islamic websites but feel that we would do much better and be more consistent with immersion or interaction.

please suggest to me what my family and i can do. i want to do the right thing for my children. i believe Islam can help keep them on the right path.

Well, I am not sure if there is a masjid on the Big Island, but I mean, have patience and immerse yourself in the forums. Allaah has not forsaken you. Be sure to make du'aa for yourself and your family.
