Husband and Wife Enter Islam Together
Husband and wife, Margaret and Ryan accepted Islam yesterday at the home of one of the community members in Ewa Beach. Their choice to accept Islam was a joyous occasion shared by three Muslims families who were present to witness the event. One of the families was on a trip to the Islands from Oahu to deliver a presentation at a conference in Waikiki. Their witness of the event was a highlight of their trip.
When asked why Islam, Husband Ryan responded, "It is the real deal." Ryan explained how his investigation of the Bible led him ultimately into examining Islam as his faith. He used the Internet to do some research which ultimately led him to this website. He then contacted the Islamic Information Office who arranged the transpired events.
Today at Friday prayer, Ryan re-declared his faith and was joined by another, Anthony who too declared his faith for the entire Muslim community of Hawaii to see. The occasion was almost unbelievable to many of the attending worshippers. They were amazed to see two people accepting Islam on the same day.
