A Sense of Belonging Can Allay Fears of US Muslims

The lives of American Muslims have changed on many levels since Sept. 11, 2001, as is only too evident from media reports. Many American Muslims have suffered the humiliation of false arrests, de-boarding from airplanes, inappropriate search and seizure of property, and setbacks in business and the workplace.
